Sari Conter
Principal
Sari Conter is the founder and principal of Sari Rose Law, a mortgage firm focusing on mortgage funding and enforcement. With her commitment to client service, Sari puts her clients first, and makes every effort to ensure that each transaction closes smoothly and on time for the benefit of all parties.
Originally from London, Ontario, Sari holds a Bachelor of Arts Double Major from Western University in French Language and Literature and Art History. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she focused her legal studies on areas including immigration, social benefits, electricity, employment, and estate matters.
Once she began practicing law, Sari quickly discovered her true interest within the niche industry of private mortgages, and opened Sari Rose Law in 2018. She is proud to have grown the firm into becoming a trusted voice among private lending lawyers in Ontario.
A talented artist, in her free time Sari can be found with her two chihuahuas close by her side, a fineliner pen or paint brush in one hand, and still checking emails with the other.
Chloe Nicholson
Lead Law Clerk, Real Estate
Chloe Nicholson joined the Sari Rose Law team as a legal assistant in 2019, and is now our leading real estate law clerk. We are so proud of the energy and dedication that she brings to every single file.
With her previous background in customer service and in education, Chloe has proven an invaluable asset to our team. She has an eagle eye for detail, and is committed to timely and effective communications with clients, colleagues, and peers - ensuring a positive experience through every step of their transaction.
Fluently bilingual, Chloe possesses a degree in criminology from York University. When she’s not at the office, she’s usually in the gym, and has a passion for health and fitness. She’s also a devoted Raptors fan, and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and dog.
Mohammed Wafaa Mansuri
Lead Law Clerk, Litigation and Enforcement
Mohammed joined our team in June, 2023 as our lead clerk for litigation and mortgage enforcement, and has impressed us every day since. Mohammed is committed to solving problems and working with the complex processes that come with private lending. While clients may not engage with him face-to-face, they certainly benefit from his impact behind the scenes.
Mo came to Canada from Gujarat, India in 2021 to study, and was recognized in school for his keen intelligence and commitment to his studies. While in the law clerk program at Humber College, he was quickly hired as a research assistant by his real estate law clerk professor because of his high achievement and attention to detail.
When he’s not at the firm, Mo is an avid film buff and critic, still follows football (a.k.a. ‘soccer’ for some of us), and has a passion for fashion. We’re so thrilled to have him on the team.
Flynn Brown
Office Assistant
Flynn joined our team in August, 2023 and has already brought so much to our team. Initially hailing from London, he’s lived across the province, and brings a fair bit of life experience with him already.
Even though he’s still in school, Flynn has already won numerous academic awards in relation to his problem solving, communication skills, logistics, and literacy, and is on the Dean’s honour roll. He’s excited to enhance his skills further working with our team, and has already made great contributions to Sari Rose Law.
In his spare time, Flynn loves collecting various objects, and supporting his community at local live events and markets.
